CRIMINAL RECORD SEARCHES

Welliver & Associates offers Criminal Records Searches in any county in the United States. Criminal Records are kept at a county level. There are usually two levels of criminal history, Misdemeanors and Felonies. Our searches cover both of these areas in all counties. Our prices reflect a search for both.

Criminal records searches have varying response times because we are dependent upon the county courts. In most cases, we are able to return a criminal record report within 24 hours. We do however state that our response time is 72 hours and some counties can take as long as a week.

Criminal Records supplied by the court are for specific time ranges. Most courts supply seven years of criminal history. For example, a criminal check in the year 2001, for most courts, the record check time frame would be 01/01/00 - 01/01/07.
